Use this when
- 01Three card grids offered as “variants” of the same dashboard.
- 02Each layout fetched its own mock threads, so the comparison was stories.

- 04“B is closest” treated as done, instead of stealing from A and C.
What you get

- Variants named by structure. Color and type are not a test.
- One session, flip
- Load records once. Compare structure, not a new story in every mock.
- Iterate by steal
- Take the header from B with the inspector from A, then ship that as a new variant.
- Fold the winner in
- Rewrite the live route. Do not ship the switcher.
