Every conversation your agents are working, one row each: the agent, what the thread is about, its latest line, and a status ring that fills as the agent works, turns orange when it needs you, and ticks when it is done. Threads that need a person come first. Archive, snooze until later or until the agent replies, mark read, and select many at once with the keyboard (j, k, x, e, h, u, z) or the pointer. inboxStatusFromChat reads each row's status from an AI SDK chat.
