Interrupted reply

A reply that ended early stays on screen, with three dots after the last word that arrived and one line under it saying why: you stopped it, the connection dropped, or it hit the length limit. Continue picks it up from there, and the dots breathe while it does. A dropped connection continues on its own when the browser is back online. Reads the reason from the AI SDK useChat onFinish callback and the text from the message.
