Data controls

Where a user decides what happens to their own data: a switch for model training, a switch for chat history, an export, and a delete that needs a typed word. Each line says what the setting means right now, and a failed save puts the switch back. Carries the choices into AI SDK calls and builds the export from AI SDK messages.
