What the person sees when the model is busy, rate limited, or not answering: the model by name, one sentence in plain words, and a ring counting down to the next try, which happens on its own. Waits back off, a wait the provider asks for is honored, a long one is shown as a time, and after a few tries it stops and offers a fallback model as the one button. Never shows a status code. Reads the failure from an AI SDK APICallError, RetryError, or the useChat error.
