Notification preferences

What reaches a person, and where: one row per kind of notification, one column per channel (in app, email, Slack, push), each cell a toggle. Urgent things go everywhere and routine ones stay in the app. Columns not set up offer Set up, required channels stay on with the reason, and a column's name turns it on or off for every row. routeNotification decides where each event goes on the server.
