What someone agrees to before using an AI product: that answers come from AI, what happens to their chats under the workspace policy, and, when the workspace leaves it to them, whether providers may learn from their chats. An optional age box, linked terms, one Agree button. When the terms change it asks again and lists only what is new. Inline or as a modal.
