Data region

Where a workspace's data is stored and processed. The first time it is one pick with the nearest region chosen. Later, another region says what a move involves (how much data, how long it is read-only, which models are not offered there), asks for the workspace name, then shows the move as it runs. dataRegionOptions keeps AI SDK calls on that region's providers.
