Run recovery

A failed agent run, picked up where it broke. The steps that finished fold into one line, the step that failed says why in a sentence with what it got back one press away, and the steps still to come are named. Resume from that step is the one button; Change input opens the step's input in place first. While it runs again the card follows it step by step and ends on Recovered. A step that cannot resume offers a new run instead. Reads steps from the tool parts of an AI SDK message.
