Notification center

A bell for the app header that counts what is unread and opens to everything that happened while work went on without you: finished and failed runs, approvals, mentions and alerts, newest first and grouped by day. Narrow it to what needs you, mark all read, and page in older items as you scroll. Takes ActivityEvent rows; activityFromChat builds one from an AI SDK chat.

aisdkagents Looks amazing. A registry of agents makes so much sense. I like this distribution method.
